Creating an account

Set up an account for your non-verbal loved ones and connect with them through quick and easy modern means.

Before proceeding to this step, make sure you have an active email address. If you don’t have an email address yet, follow this guide tocreate your email address.

1. Create an account using an active and valid email address you’d like to use for Pic-A-Talk.

2. Set up your password. The password must be seven (7) characters with at least one uppercase, one lowercase, and one number.

3. Once you’ve decided on your password, confirm your password by retyping it on the next field. Make sure the passwords match.

4. Tap Register to create your account.

5. Check your email to verify your account. To verify, go to your email domain (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail). If you’re unable to find the verification email, try checking your Spam folder.

6. Go back to your inbox and locate the Pic-A-Talk Email Verifier mail.

7. Follow and open the link indicated in the mail.

8. You can now set up your Pic-A-Talk account using the email and password you’ve provided.
